H2O FastDry Restoration, Inc. was incorporated on May 11th, 2009 by Laurence Harrington for the purpose of handling water restoration, smoke and sewer damages. They can also handle mold remediation. Laurence Harrington currently owns and operates Steam Master Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Inc. and has since the company began in May, 1996. Prior to that he owned and operated Steam Master in West Palm Beach, Florida from 1990-1996. He worked for other carpet cleaning and restoration companies for seven years before he went into business for himself. This has given him 26 years of experience in this field.
Larry has certifications as Carpet Cleaning Technician, Odor Removal Technology, Mold Technician and has attended an intensive course of study in Restoration Technology and is familiar with the Un-smoke System and Procedures for Disaster Restoration. He is also IICRC certified. H2O will also be IICRC certified. Laurence has attended The Reets Drying Academy June 21-26, 2009, for commercial and residential drying with the Thermal Energy System.
Steam Master Carpet & Upholstery, LLC does the initial dry out and tear out when a damage of this kind comes in, many times as an emergency situation. H20 FastDry Restoration was designed to handle putting everything back together after Steam Master Carpet & Upholstery, LLC has completed the dry out procedure. H2O also has the most advanced dry out equipment available and will take over the handling of these types of emergencies. H2O has a TES system which uses thermal energy for drying thus reducing drying time and salvaging more walls, carpet, and furniture than ever before.
